The Service Charge Collaboration Group gives a residents perspective on how MTVH communicates information about service charges to other residents.
The group review things like:
- information on our website
- letters and emails sent to residents
- leaflets
The group is made up of 12 residents, who are either homeowners or shared owners. They meet 4 times a year virtually.
