A tenant describes their experience

Tenant: So I’ve lived here for just under three years, and I haven’t had a bad experience. It’s been absolutely amazing living here. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The best thing about living in this accommodation is its location. The flats are lovely, and there’s a real community sense here. I like the parking there. I like that there’s everything you need here, and I like that the High Street is just on your doorstep.

Narrator: We also have 10 one-bedroom flats for couples.

All our accommodations fully furnished and benefits from a secure door entry system. Cyclists benefit from four secure bike sheds on site. Wi-Fi is readily available, and there are various speeds to choose from. Other payable services include an on-site laundry facility with 24-hour access and limited car parking. There is an accommodation office on site staffed by our friendly and helpful staff who can assist you with any repairs and maintenance issues or other aspects of your tenancy. Frimley High Street is just around the corner with shops, including a Waitrose and a post office.

Antother tenant describes their experience

Tenant: The main thing I love about this is the accessibility. So it’s near my hospital. Most of my shifts end at around 1:30, 10:00 at night. So my first accommodation, the commuting was really difficult for me. This one right in front of me, just five minutes away. When I enter into this premises, I have the feeling of security and safety in here. It’s really safe and secure in this premises, the whole premises. Wherever you walk in, it’s really well maintained, because even I’ve been to my friends places and all, so compared to that, the whole apartment and the surrounding, it’s really well maintained.

Narrator: The Frimley accommodation is just across the road from the hospital. There’s a bus stop outside with regular buses to Camberley and Farnborough, where you will find a range of shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas, and transport links to Guildford, Woking, Reading, and London.

Metropolitan Thames Valley has been building and managing homes for over two decades and is delighted to be able to offer these homes for you to enjoy.
