Tenancy length
The initial term of the tenancy is for 6 months, after this your tenancy then becomes a rolling contract, on a month to month basis.
You can end your tenancy at any time by giving 4 weeks’ notice.

Tenant: The accommodation is quite spacious, so we’ve got a nice big living and dining area. And also, we have two bathrooms, which has been really useful with the kids. So yeah, and for the area, it’s really reasonable and the cost of it as well.
It’s very comfortable just to live here, and you just feel like you know a lot of people–
Just built up nice relationships with a lot of the families here. And so it’s made it feel like a really nice and safe place to raise our children.

Tooting Broadway is a short walk away from the flats, where you can find a selection of shops and other facilities. South Side Shopping Mall is within a 30 minute walk. The Tooting accommodation is conveniently close to the hospital and only a 15-minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and Earlsfield mainline station, from where you can get to Waterloo in about 15 minutes.
Other close attractions include the Tooting Bec Lido for your recreation and, of course, Wimbledon, with its world famous annual tennis competition, both of which are within a 10-minute drive.
Tenant: The staff– they’re amazing, honestly. Every time I give them a phone call or need any advice or any help, they’re just on hand to help me. It’s perfect transport as well. The fact that it’s got the park and the common in the area as well is amazing. It’s a really, really convenient location to be in.
