Deposit
The deposit is 1 month’s rent which is paid to the Deposit Protection Service. The scheme holds your deposit until you move out of your home.
Who you’ll be living with
You’ll be living with other NHS and Non-NHS keyworkers.
Tenancy length
Your initial tenancy will last for 6 months. After that it becomes a month to month rolling contract. You can end your tenancy at any time by giving 4 weeks’ notice.

Who can apply
To be eligible you must be a health care worker who works in the areas covered by the Buckinghamshire Primary Care Trust. This includes Sodexo employees.
Or you must work for, or work with, a public sector body, or similar organisation, that provides essential services for their local community in Buckinghamshire Council, Chiltern, Wycombe, or South Buckinghamshire.
This includes:
- Teaching education services
- Social services
- The fire service
- The police service
- The prison service
- The probation service
- Publicly funded transport services
- Any other body or organisation approved by Aylesbury District Council
