You can register for an MTVH Online account if you’re the named person on your MTVH tenancy agreement. Other members of your household will not be able to register.

- View a record of all online requests you’ve made to MTVH
- Check the status of your requests
- See which staff member or team is handling your request
Update your details
- Update your contact details so we know the best way to get in touch with you
- Keep your payment details up to date
How to register
We’ve made MTVH Online secure to protect your personal data, so there’s a 3-step registration process. You’ll need your mobile phone and your unique invitation code.
If we’ve sent you an invitation letter or email, your invitation code will be in it. If you don’t have an invitation code you can use the MTVH Online support form to ask for one.
To register:
- Go to the online registration form.
- Fill in your email and create a password.
- Enter your invitation code and mobile number.
- Enter the security code that we’ll send to your mobile.
