Changes to resident feedback surveys

18 May 2023

Summary:If you are an MTVH resident who has previously taken part in our feedback surveys, you may notice some new questions have been added in recently.

We are constantly listening for feedback so we can make improvements to our services and each year we carry out over 16,000 resident surveys.

If you are an MTVH resident who has previously taken part in our feedback surveys, you may notice some new questions have been added in recently.

The questions asked in our main customer satisfaction survey now incorporate questions from the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) set by the Regulator of Social Housing. These questions were designed by the Regulator to help tenants to scrutinise the performance of their landlord. The TSM questions also help us to assess how we are doing and provide us with the feedback we need to improve the quality of our homes and services.

From April, if you take part in a TSM survey, you will be asked questions aligned to five main themes:

  • Repairs
  • Building safety
  • Effective complaint-handling
  • Respectful and helpful tenant engagement
  • Responsible neighbourhood management

We will compile all resident feedback and publish a summary of it annually. This will help you assess how well we are performing in some key areas and ensure we are providing you with a good level of service.

Thank you for taking part in resident surveys. Your feedback is valued and appreciated.
