Summary:How to contact MTVH over the 2024/2025 festive period.


Over the upcoming festive period, we remain available should you require help and assistance. Please find below the various ways you can contact us:

  • MTVH Online: The easiest and quickest way to request and track repairs – sign in to MTVH Online
  • Customer Hub: If you prefer to speak directly to staff, especially on personal issues, to report anti-social behaviour or tenancy matters, please call 0203 535 3535. If your call is not answered immediately, you can use our automated call-back system without losing your place in the queue.

 

Property Desk and Customer Hub – Christmas opening hours

To ensure a comprehensive service, in addition to regular working hours we operate an Out of Hours Service for emergency repairs on 0203 535 3535.

23-24 December: Regular service from 8am to 6pm. Out of Hours service for emergency repairs outside of regular hours.

25-26 December: Out of Hours service for emergency repairs only.

27 December: Regular service from 8am to 6pm. Out of Hours service for emergency repairs outside of regular hours.

28-29 December: Out of Hours service for emergency repairs only.

30-31 December: Regular service from 8am to 6pm. Out of Hours service for emergency repairs outside of regular hours

1 January: Out of Hours service for emergency repairs only.

 

Reporting an issue with heating or hot water

If you need to report an issue with heating or hot water, you will need to contact your heating contractor directly. Please find below the contacts for your area.
