Over the upcoming festive period, we remain available should you require help and assistance. Please find below the various ways you can contact us:
- MTVH Online: The easiest and quickest way to request and track repairs – sign in to MTVH Online
- Customer Hub: If you prefer to speak directly to staff, especially on personal issues, to report anti-social behaviour or tenancy matters, please call 0203 535 3535. If your call is not answered immediately, you can use our automated call-back system without losing your place in the queue.
Property Desk and Customer Hub – Christmas opening hours
To ensure a comprehensive service, in addition to regular working hours we operate an Out of Hours Service for emergency repairs on 0203 535 3535.
23-24 December: Regular service from 8am to 6pm. Out of Hours service for emergency repairs outside of regular hours.
25-26 December: Out of Hours service for emergency repairs only.
27 December: Regular service from 8am to 6pm. Out of Hours service for emergency repairs outside of regular hours.
28-29 December: Out of Hours service for emergency repairs only.
30-31 December: Regular service from 8am to 6pm. Out of Hours service for emergency repairs outside of regular hours
1 January: Out of Hours service for emergency repairs only.
