The interviewers may contact you by either phone or email.
Taking part in the survey is completely voluntary, and we do encourage you to give us your feedback so that we can use the results to improve the services we provide.
How your data will be shared
In accordance with EU legislation for data protection, the responses from the survey will not be shared with any other organisation or used for marketing purposes.
Our Customer Insight Analyst will share positive and constructive feedback with other people in MTVH, helping us to make continuous service improvements.
