Wood Court is a purpose-built service providing accommodation and support to older people, both single and couples, within 39 self-contained one-bedroom apartments.
We offer a wide range of assistive technology, and staff are on-site twenty-four hours a day. Customers at Wood Court are over 60 and either registered as disabled or assessed to have care needs, requiring a minimum of 10 hours’ support each week.
All of the flats are wheelchair accessible, with level entry showers. There are excellent communal facilities, including a dining room, lounge and a fully equipped kitchen.
The dining and living rooms provide the focus for numerous social activities and are a hub for residents to get together and get involved. There is also a fully equipped laundry room, hairdressing facilities, assisted bathrooms and communal gardens.
Each flat has an intercom/Delta alarm system linked to care staff or, if they are unavailable, to a control centre.

Ravensdale Mansion comprises 15 self-contained homes that are suitable for older people who can live independently. There are no staff on-site, however all the homes are linked to a control centre in case of emergency.

We provide fully furnished accommodation in Sheffield for homeless people and families. Our experienced staff help customers maintain their tenancies and are experienced working with vulnerable people.

Our service at Clyde House in Wandsworth is home to nine adults with mild learning disabilities. We help our customers to prepare for independent living. Accommodation is in a new-build block located close to the river.

Our service in Saffron Waldon provides supported accommodation for eight people with mental health needs.
We offer tailored support to promote independent living skills. Customers have their own bedroom and share communal facilities. Their length of stay depends on their own circumstances and needs.

Our service at Rosswood Gardens provides registered residential and respite care for 16 young people and adults with a range of learning and physical disabilities.
The individual needs of the people we care for are at the heart of any care and support package we develop for them.
The service comprises two adjoining properties – one which provides residential care and support for permanent residents and one for shorter term respite care. The bedrooms have en-suite facilities and customers share a range of communal areas, including a garden.
Our staff are on-site twenty-four hours a day, including waking night staff, and they work very closely with the local authority care management team.

De Crespigny Park is a high support forensic mental health service supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental illnesses.
The service has 12 self-contained flats for semi-independent living.
All referrals for accommodation and support are received from the South London and Maudesley with residents typically being ex-offenders who have stepped down from the Prison service.
The service works in tandem with both statutory and voluntary agencies and participates in a multi-disciplinary approach to the support and recovery of individuals. The service is required to work alongside the Ministry of Justice, psychiatrists, psychologists and social services.
We provide a support service in Southend to people living alone with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
Support covers a range of areas, including daily living skills, budgeting, tenancy management and accessing community facilities.

Accommodation at Norvick House is for eight people in individual bedsits with a shared lounge and laundry room.
The scheme is staffed between the hours of 8am and 9.30pm Monday to Friday, and between the hours of 10am and 8pm at weekends with staff on-call overnight. At times the scheme may be left unstaffed during working hours when a member of staff is supporting a client in the community. At these times an on-call number is available for emergency use.

Our service on Cavendish Road in south London provides accommodation and support for nine people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health issues. Residents attend a variety of day centres and clubs. Staff provide 24 hour care, with sleep-in and waking night staff.

Staff help support all of our customers to gain greater independence and acquire new skills to help them to fulfil their ambitions.

This scheme provides fully-furnished supported housing to people with mental health issues who are funded under the Care Act 14. Our multi-lingual team has extensive experience of working with vulnerable people, asylum seekers and minority ethnic backgrounds. We also offer weekly support visits to our customers.
You can only be referred to this service through Sheffield Care Trust NHS Foundation after you’ve been assessed by a mental health worker.

Langdon Park provides accommodation and support to 7 residents who have a range of learning disabilities.
The support we offer is person-centred, which means it’s tailored to your individual needs and is flexible. Whether you need 24-hour care, or a few hours’ support each week, we can create a package of care that suits you.
You’ll be supported to live in your own accommodation, yet at the same time benefit from being part of a caring community of staff and fellow residents. The accommodation comprises:
- nine fully furnished bedrooms
- shared lounge, dining area, laundry room and bathroom
- garden and court yard.
Expert support and advice
Every support plan is different but typically it can include support in the following areas:
- maintaining a tenancy
- managing finances and budgeting skills
- accessing services in the local community
- developing domestic and life skills
- shopping and getting out and about on transport
- peer support and befriending
- emotional support
- support with health and general wellbeing.

We appreciate comments and feedback as this really helps us make sure that the services we provide are what residents want and are provided in ways that best suit them. Amber House provides refuge accommodation and support for women and children affected by domestic violence.
We provide support to help you make informed decisions about your future and suitable accommodation.
Other advice is available, including signposting to legal and medical services. We aim to help you move on within 12 weeks, although this depends on your individual circumstances and needs.

Our service at Briarwood Court, Sherwood provides accommodation for people with learning disabilities.
Accommodation consists of a four-bedroom house and seven self-contained single flats. We provide white goods and there is a communal washing machine and tumble drier.
A keyworker provides fifteen hours per week of one-to-one support in the customer’s home. Support is provided for as long as each customer needs it, with the intention that they develop the skills and confidence to eventually live independently.

This service in Letchworth provides support for 11 people with a mental health diagnosis.
We provide accommodation in three houses which are close to each other and to Letchworth town centre. Residents have their own rooms and each of the houses has similar recreational and communal facilities.

We provide accommodation and support to people aged 55 and over at our Cottingham Road service in London.
Accommodation includes one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats, each of which is equipped with a pull cord linked to an emergency alarm system. There is also a communal lounge, kitchen and laundry room, as well as door entry system and car parking facilities.
A scheme manager is on site Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm.
