Our METTS service that helps customers who are experiencing difficulty in maintaining their tenancy.

Our staff visit customers in their own homes and equip them with the tools and skills they need to manage their tenancy independently.

Support includes financial management advice and help identifying education, training, employment and voluntary work opportunities.

Mendip House is a 25 storey sheltered housing scheme for older people located in the heart of Edmonton Green shopping centre. There are 184 self-contained flats which provide accommodation and support for 220 people with high, medium and low support needs.

Housing with Support Managers are on site Monday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm and each flat has a pull cord linked to an emergency alarm system.

Customers have their own self-contained flat and there are communal areas, including a lounge, kitchen, laundry room and shower room. The scheme is served by a lift and has a door entry system and CCTV.

MTVH no longer look after Paisley Close and Hassop Close services.

Ticknall Walk comprises 22 purpose-built flats for people over the age of 55.

Each property has a lounge/dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and allocated car parking. There is also a communal laundry area and lounge which hosts a number of activities for customers.

There is a 24 hour call system linked to a response monitoring centre.

Derby City Mental Health service supports adults (aged 18 to 65) who have low to medium mental health needs and live in Derby.

We offer support in supported housing for up to two years and we also offer support in customers’ own homes. Whatever the setting, our support workers work with customers to develop a tailored support plan.

We can help you with:

  • Maintaining or finding suitable accommodation
  • Fitting aids and adaptations
  • Arranging repairs
  • Advice on home safety and security
  • Advice on budgeting and managing debt
  • Coping with poor health and disability
  • Dealing with loss or bereavement
  • Tenancy management
  • Form filling and benefit claims
  • Finding social clubs and ways of meeting people
  • Finding education and training
  • Finding volunteering and employment opportunities.

Our Dundee Court service in Basildon offers supported accommodation to 14 people with mental health support needs.

Our staff provide support for 80 hours per week, encouraging customers to achieve a greater level of independence.

Dundee Court is also home to 12 people with learning disabilities.

Dundee Court in Basildon provides independent accommodation for 12 people with learning disabilities. The two-storey purpose-built accommodation comprises 12 self-contained flats, each with one bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

There is also a communal room, laundry facilities and a staff office located on the first floor.

Our staff provide support for 80 hours per week, encouraging customers to achieve a greater level of independence.

More on Dundee Court

Dundee Court is also home to 14 people with mental health needs. 

Our service at Deborah Lodge is suitable for vulnerable people over 60 who need home and community support.

The scheme comprises 36 self-contained one-bedroom flats. Each flat is equipped with a pull cord linked to an emergency alarm system. There are communal areas, including a lounge, kitchen, laundry room, toilets, guest rooms and gardens. There is also a door entry intercom system and CCTV.

A scheme manager is on site Monday to Friday from 9am until 5.30pm and a waking night carer works Monday to Sunday from 9pm until 7am.
