Your views matter to MTVH. We want you to feel involved, listened to and proud of where you live.
Find out how you can get involved so you can use your voice and make a difference to your community.
How you can share your voice
We work with volunteer residents who help us improve the customer experience for everyone.
Here are some of the ways you can get involved.
The Customer Council is made up of 12 MTVH residents. They make sure resident voices are heard at a national level.
Regional Panels review and help shape services for their region. They’re based in the Midlands, East Anglia, London and the South.
Service Charge Collaboration
Group
The Service Charge Collaboration Group gives a residents perspective on how MTVH communicates information about service charges to other residents.
Scrutiny reviews are in-depth investigations into how MTVH is performing. They are done every year in collaboration with residents.
You can also:
- Respond to surveys and polls: these are usually online, but we’ll call you if you’ve given us permission.
- Help improve our website and services: test new features or tell us your experience of using MTVH Online – you’ll get a voucher for taking part. Find out more about what’s involved.
- Attend a focus group: help shape new policies and services with other residents.
Register your interest
Let us know what opportunities you’re interested in. We’ll ask a few questions about yourself and how you would like to take part.
We’ll then contact you when a relevant opportunity becomes available.
